Mondial Tattoo Paris

 Big line for the convention!

Paris 104 Rue Curial, Mondial du tatouage!!
FunkyBuddha was fortunate to go to the Paris Mondial Tattoo convention. The place was full of people from all over the world. Big names from the tattoo world were present and it was wonderful to see such great artists at work. Ready for mega art? Let's follow Baba Bikas for a tour...
Organized by Tintin Tattoo, the last convention was 13 years ago. The sucess was total, full of tattoos, full of food, drinks and music, the freak fest was a treat for the eyes and for the body.

The Leu Family was there in complete, 3 generations of hippie travellers artists next to Paul Booth and his grey shade ghosts.

Volko Merschky from Realistic Trash Polka Tattoos

One of Baba Bikas favorite works was by artists Volko Merschky & Simone Pfaff from Realistic Trash Polka Tattoos. With strong black lines and painting style, the tattoos mix graphisme with realistik, for a unique and original look.

Let's not forget the girls!! Quite a few were tattooing, full power, girl power style. Here is Guen Douglas, with her old school style, Holland represents.
